How cancellations work for our retreats.
Retreat places are arranged personally with our team. Once your place is confirmed, we'll agree the details and any terms with you directly in writing, so everything is clear before you commit.
Let us know early
The sooner you tell us, the more we can do — including offering your place to someone on the list.
Transfers
In most cases you can pass your place to a friend. We'll handle the transfer with you.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances — trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
