Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services or making a reservation.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tennis & Wellness Retreats Tuscany website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Booking and Payment Terms

Reservation Requirements

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
  • All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
Guest Responsibilities

Conduct and Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests, staff, and the property. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents
  • Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings
  • Pets are not permitted on the property
Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Tennis & Wellness Retreats Tuscany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Activities and Sports

Participation in tennis, yoga, and other physical activities is at your own risk. Guests participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with such activities.
